Studio Opening Day – {Angie King Photography}

Today was the official opening of my Studio. A comfortable place for brides and grooms to come and view my albums and work as well as view their photographs after their wedding. This is where we are going to talk about your wedding and what you have planned and prepared.

I have visulised this space for a while now and seeing it finished and complete is such a great feeling.

I would like to thank every one that came today to view my studio and take part in the celebrations!

For those that could make it, thanks for letting me know. You are more than welcome to come and visit anytime, just give me a call! as it is by appointment only!

Thank you Paul for your contribution today in terms of catering! My husband is a Chef by trade, and I have been trying to get him into doing more outside catering… maybe this will be the push he needs!

I know I haven’t blogged for a while, and its not like me not to blog. So I must apologies. Lots has been happening since I have come back from August Exposure. I must explain, August Exposure is a Photography Conference held in August on the Gold Coast. Unbelievable speakers, with an amazing amount of information and support to offer to others. I have gain so much more knowledge not only to use in my business but also about myself. As well as learning lots, it was great to catch up with friends and make new ones.

I have released a little sneak peak the other week about my new handmade albums. Here is another tease for you. Handmade Brag book for Nicole and Craig.

These will be added to my product range and will be officially released in October.

Just a short note to let you know that I will be out of the office for the next 5 days. Attending a photography conference in Sunny Queensland!

Please send me an email if you have an enquiry, I will have access to my emails every night. However my phone might be turned off, if you would like to leave a message you can do that too!

As every post needs a photograph, here is a little sneak peak of new products that will be introduced shortly.

These are handmade flushmount albums, each album is made to your order and will be available in a number of different suede colours.

Sizes below are 3″ x 3″ perfect for your handbag brag book, 5″ x 5″ a bit bigger brag book, 7″ x 7″ new portrait album. Other sizes to come are 9″ x 9″ and 11″x 11″.

Baby books in Baby Pink and Blue will also be available very soon! Keep your eye on the website for official release at the beginning of September!

I’m a sucker for great packaging! I remember when I first opened up my Macbook box, the packaging was what I fell in love with even before I turn on the Mac. My love for great packaging begun a long time ago and I’m excited to be able to bring it into this business as well.

I have a number of items that I’m sending of to customers, these include CD’s, prints and Albums. Here is a sneak peak of what your goodies will be arriving in.

I know I love to open presents, and I hope you have the same feeling when you open your goodies from me!

Also you might have noticed that my new colour is Aqua. I love this colour especially teamed up with Chocolate… keep you eye out for it in the future.

My Wall Art Print sample has arrived! and I just had to share. So what is Wall Art… it’s different things to different people, but its designed to go straight on your wall.

All images purchased from me are now available as Wall Art Prints. The photograph is sealed with protective lustre finish which is scratch resistant and offers Uv2 protection. The photograph is then mounted on lightweight foam-core which is also sealed and read to be hung on your wall.

Because your Wall Art Print is lightweight and has no glass, its easy to hang on your wall with 3M removable wall hooks, andÂ its safe around children.

Sizes range from 8 x 12 to an impressive 20 x 30 (51cm x 76cm) including panorama sizes. Larger sizes are also available on request.
