Aleyda & Paul and a Wedding

Saturday weather gave us a scare in the morning, it just didn’t look nice at all and with the predicted showers, it was touch and go if the ceremony was going to be held outside or inside. By the time Aleyda was heading to the hairdressers the skies started to clear and it became quite humid. Humid is better than rain.

So of to the hairdresses we went! Cassidy’s at Harbord. OMG I have never seen a hairdresser this busy, there were 25 staff members on that morning, but the service was amazing! All the staff were friendly and so very helpful.

Bit of lunch and we were back at the appartment, while the girls got the iPod with some favourites I got busy with the details.

Aleydas flowers were absolutely stunning created by My Violet – Boutique Wedding Florist The girls created the girls bouquets, flowers for the ceremony as well as the reception. More images bit later on. My Violet Bride Posy, clusterd David Austin roses in peach, pink and pale pink and white. Clusters of lambs ears. Stems wrapped in soft gold ribbon and overlay of lace and finished pearl pins.

The corsages and the buttonholes for the boys were all different, each one unique!

A quick trip to Curl Curl just down the road to visit the boys.

Then back to the girls to get ready. The wedding dress is a Maggie Sottero Dress.

The ceremony was set up was by Outdoor Ceremonies and preferred by Leanne Evans at Freshwater Reserver, Freshwater.

The reception a cocktail party was held at the Harbord Diggers. With a delicious Wedding cake by Heavenly Cakes
