Aleyda & Paul and a Wedding – Part One

Saturday weather gave us a scare in the morning, it just didn’t look nice at all and with the predicted showers, it was touch and go if the ceremony was going to be held outside or inside. By the time Aleyda was heading to the hairdressers the skies started to clear and it became quite humid. Humid is better than rain.

So of to the hairdresses we went! Cassidy’s at Harbord. OMG I have never seen a hairdresser this busy, there were 25 staff members on that morning, but the service was amazing! All the staff were friendly and so very helpful.

Bit of lunch and we were back at the appartment, while the girls got the iPod with some favourites I got busy with the details.

Aleydas flowers were absolutely stunning created by My Violet – Boutique Wedding Florist The girls created the girls bouquets, flowers for the ceremony as well as the reception. More images bit later on. My Violet Bride Posy, clusterd David Austin roses in peach, pink and pale pink and white. Clusters of lambs ears. Stems wrapped in soft gold ribbon and overlay of lace and finished pearl pins.

The corsages and the buttonholes for the boys were all different, each one unique!

A quick trip to Curl Curl just down the road to visit the boys.

Then back to the girls to get ready. The wedding dress is a Maggie Sottero Dress.

The ceremony was set up was by Outdoor Ceremonies and preferred by Leanne Evans at Freshwater Reserver, Freshwater.

The reception a cocktail party was held at the Harbord Diggers. With a delicious Wedding cake by Heavenly Cakes

After our location photos at the Freshwater headland the party begun at the Diggers Club.

Part two to this fabaloue wedding will be featured in the next few days! Say tuned!

Janine & Glenn’s wedding day – {Angie King Photography}

Janine & Glenn’s wedding day was relaxing, heartwarming and beautiful. They have been planning it for over 12 months and the day run smoothly with out any hick up, ok two little ones not worth mentioning…

I started the day with the girls at the Rydges in Campbelltown were they were getting ready.  Friends helped out with Hair and Make up. While the girls relaxed with a bit of light lunch, I went to visit the boys who were busy keeping themselves occupied with vacuuming the house and planning a nap before the ceremony at 4pm! That’s how relaxed the day was!

The Groom is handsome and the Bride beautiful and glowing!

Have a wonderful honeymoon Janine & Glenn, I will see you when you come back.

Ceremony – Leanne Evans
Reception – Belgenny Farm, Camden
Flowers – Bunch it with Country

Lauren & Ben LOVE Lego! – {Angie King Photography}

When I meet with Lauren and Ben last week to discuss their Engagement Session, I didn’t realise just how much fun we were going to have. And fun we had, with much more to come soon…

We meet at Bens parents place and went for a drive to a couple of different locations that Ben and Lauren knew about.  If I haven’t said so already Camden has so many hidden treasures perfect for photographs, I found a couple more today.

The day we had our meeting, my son Alex was in the office with me because he had an eye infection, we were talking about Lego and since Alex is the resident expert on Lego he couldn’t help but to get involved in the conversation. Last night when I was telling him about my shoot with Ben and Lauren today, he made them this red love heart from his lego and we put their initials inside! thanks Alex!

So you might wonder why I called this post Lauren & Ben LOVE LEGO…. well its because they do! our session today finished at Toys R Us in Campbelltown, you guessed it in the LEGO aisle!

Its ok there is some lego left at the Toys R Us in Campbelltown! They didn’t but it all! but they surly would of liked to!

Thanks Lauren and Ben I had a great day and I hope you did too!!!

And for everyone else…stay tuned for part two of Lauren and Ben’s Engagement Session soon…

Run away puppy – {Angie King Photography}

You have meet this little one before on my blog. I snapped this photo of her the other day, actually the day before she run away!

Ok she is not really a puppy, she is actually 16 years old, bit hard of hearing and a little bit hard of seeing as well!

It’s ok, she was found the next morning a few doors down from my parents house.

Tracey & Garry – {Angie King Photography}

Tracey & Garry are getting married in March. Surrounded by family and children they will be celebrating at Eschol Park house.

On Sunday we went for a walk down the Camden bike track to take some photos for them before the wedding. It was still quite warm at 4pm but we did great!

See you in March, not long to go now!
